The sofa beds can be used for up to 2 children each. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A baby bed and a high chair are available on request. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a heated pool (open all year round), a whirlpool, a garden, an open and a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed. Groups, parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. The property has a step-free interior. Beach/pool towels are provided.
