The villa is located in Estepona and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 235 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The sofa beds can be used for up to 2 children each. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A baby bed and a high chair are available on request. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a heated pool (open all year round), a whirlpool, a garden, an open and a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed. Groups, parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. The property has a step-free interior. Beach/pool towels are provided. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
